Operations Coordinator at Qubic

Become the operational backbone at Qubic Inc. with the Operations Coordinator role. Lead facility management, support interdisciplinary teams, and enhance operational efficiency in a quantum hardware environment.

In this pivotal role, reporting to the COO, you will have ownership of daily facility operations at Qubic Inc. This includes vendor management, logistics for hardware shipping, and ensuring the environment meets the team's diverse needs. As a proactive leader, you will foster a culture of technical excellence while growing scalable operational systems to support company expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily facility operations and vendor partnerships

• Oversee logistics for packaging and shipping sensitive equipment

• Serve as the primary liaison with landlords and security teams

• Implement office operations documentation for future scalability

• Champion company culture through team events and onboarding

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years in office management or operations

• Proven organizational and multitasking skills

• Experience supporting interdisciplinary teams

• Proficiency in project management software

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
