, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across warehouse, logistics, and administrative operations. You’ll work alongside cross‑functional teams to learn real‑world supply chain processes, contribute to meaningful improvements, and see firsthand how your work helps the business succeed every day.

• Support key projects that drive cost savings across the Supply Chain operation, such as reviewing LTL vs. courier routing.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks to keep Supply Chain and Warehouse operations running smoothly.
• Manage past‑due purchase orders, including follow‑up and execution support.
• Log and investigate freight overage costs to support accurate reporting and cost control.
• Respond to customer service and shipment‑related requests from internal teams.
• Provide backup coverage for essential Supply Chain administrative tasks, ensuring continuity of operations.

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field preferred)
• Availability to work full‑time during the Fall 2026 term
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to SAP or ERP systems is an asset
• Ability to manage routine operational tasks while identifying process improvement opportunities
• Strong organizational and communication skills

We’re offering competitive compensation with a starting rate of $20.00 per hour, based on a 35‑hour week. Pay will be determined based on factors including job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
