Position: Voyis International Logistics Coordinator
Location: Southwestern Ontario

This role, reporting to the Sales & Business Operations Manager, focuses on coordinating shipments and providing crucial sales support from the Waterloo facility. You'll manage customer orders, international logistics, and generate all relevant documentation, supporting the Sales team through various operational tasks. Your organizational skills will play a central role in fulfilling customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute sales orders with precision

• Handle customer orders and maintain pricing records

• Coordinate logistics for international shipments

• Prepare shipping documentation to ensure compliance

• Update Sales and Operations on order statuses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or similar

• 0-3 years in logistics, sales operations, or related role

• Experience with freight providers and customs

• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems

• High attention to detail and communication abilities
