Support Purolator's Control Tower in Etobicoke as an Administrative Support professional, ensuring the logistics of freight and packages flow smoothly.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for overseeing logistics requests related to Amazon and other customer directs. Your extensive experience in the transportation sector will aid you in monitoring shipments, resolving disputes, and coordinating asset movements. Key Responsibilities:
• Track Amazon and customer direct shipments
• Alert stakeholders of potential disruptions
• Book linehaul movements using SAP TM & FMC
• Mediate disputes between local operations and carriers
• Support healthcare recovery initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in transportation or logistics
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingualism (French/English) an asset
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills
