Key Responsibilities:

• Guide end-to-end packaging development processes

• Collaborate with teams for design integration

• Formulate sourcing strategies with Procurement

• Validate packaging concepts through testing initiatives

• Act as logistics project owner for packaging

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering or similar

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in CAD software and logistical planning

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Physical stamina for shop floor activities
