As the Supply Planning & Procurement Manager, you will guide all material management and purchasing activities essential for project success. With over seven years in supply chain leadership, your focus will encompass procurement strategies, supplier evaluation, and planning methodologies tailored to customer projects. Your leadership will enhance procurement processes and mitigate supply risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sourcing strategies for critical commodities
• Lead supplier selection and performance initiatives
• Establish and monitor supplier scorecards
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams
• Manage supply chain impacts from project changes
Requirements:
• 7+ years of supply chain leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years in procurement and planning
• Experience in MTO or ETO manufacturing environments
• Proven supplier performance improvement track record
• Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
