Warehouse Associate; afternoon shift

This role requires high-energy individuals who will work quickly and with a sense of urgency. They are quick and might enjoy work that keeps them physically active. The role requires the ability to lift 50-60 lbs.

If you want to exceed your 10,000 steps per day and prefer a role where the pace is steady, this would be a great fit for you!

Your hours of work will be Monday - Friday AND Saturday shifts will be scheduled as business needs require.
The successful candidate will be available to work 1:00 pm- 10:00 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday hours are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm but may vary.

As part of the warehouse team, you are responsible to unload the shipments in the Receiving area, ensure the Product Specialist team has consistent flow of merchandise to catalogue, to move skids and shuttles within the warehouse. Participating in general cleanliness and ensuring the maintenance of a safe work area is also part of your role.

You are fast, efficient, focused and take pride in your ‘can do’ positive attitude. You are accustomed to a busy warehouse and can handle some pressure. Ideally you hold a valid and current forklift license with experience.

Warehouse Associate starting rate is $17.60 per hour. After three months of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll with our Group Benefit plan through Manulife- we offer Single or Family coverage with Dental and Vision care included. The employer pays 50% of your premiums. We also offer enrollment with our GRSP (Group Retirement Savings Plan) for those who are interested.
