** Role Summary
** Maintain safe, efficient operation of plant facilities and building systems through repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and general facility support.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Perform building repairs (walls, floors, windows, doors, light carpentry).
* Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and assist with machinery troubleshooting.
* Maintain clean, safe work areas; follow OHSA, ISO
9001, GMP, and EH&S standards.
* Support facility upkeep: painting, cleaning, waste handling, equipment moves, inventory.
* Assist mechanics/contractors and document maintenance work.
** Required Qualifications
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in facility/building maintenance.
* Proficient with hand and power tools; basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of safety regulations.
* Physically able to lift, bend, and work in varied environments.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and time‐management skills.
* Ability to train or guide others.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience with machining, welding, or shop tools.
* Knowledge of water treatment chemicals or chemical handling.
