Position: Teledyne Facilities Supervisor Role
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Join Teledyne Digital Imaging as a Facilities Supervisor in Waterloo, ON. This role is key for overseeing facility operations, maintenance, contractor coordination, and compliance across site functions.

The Facilities Supervisor will spearhead the maintenance and operations of the manufacturing facility in Waterloo. This includes managing hands-on repairs, ensuring vendor compliance, and maintaining safety standards for contractor activities. You will also assist project management for capital improvements, acting as a point of contact for on-site activities and ensuring smooth operations across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities

• Manage contractor schedules and compliance checks

• Direct cleaning operations and staff performance audits

• Assist the Facilities Project Manager with logistics

• Maintain accurate facility-related records and files

Requirements:

• Five-plus years' experience in facilities management

• Two-plus years in a supervisory capacity

• Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Willingness to respond to emergencies after hours
