Position: Full-Time Maintenance Person in Goderich
Contribute to the upkeep of Dollar Haven and Discount as a full-time Maintenance Person in Goderich, Ontario. Handle repairs, perform safety checks, and ensure efficient building operation.

We are seeking one dedicated individual for our maintenance team to start as soon as possible. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for minor repairs on heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will also manage safety checks while handling tasks like painting and cosmetic repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make adjustments to heating and cooling systems

• Contact contractors for major repairs

• Perform minor appliance repairs and maintenance

• Conduct safety and security checks routinely

• Move heavy furniture and equipment as required

Requirements:

• Completed secondary school graduation certificate

• 1 to 7 months relevant experience

• Good judgement and strong organizational skills
