Key Responsibilities:

• Manage facility maintenance across diverse systems

• Coordinate external contractor schedules and scopes

• Ensure WSIB clearances and safety compliance

• Supervise cleaning teams and manage quality control

• Document all facility activities and maintain records

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in facilities or maintenance roles

• At least two years supervising teams or contractors

• Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Proficient in inventory and maintenance management

• Available for after-hours emergency response
