Position: Maintenance Planner with CMMS Expertise
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Elevate the effectiveness of operations as a Maintenance Planner specializing in CMMS management. This role involves strategic planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks both routine and during outages.

In partnership with the Maintenance Manager and Operations team, you will oversee key tasks such as developing GHANT charts for scheduled work, coordinating labor, and ensuring safety compliance. You will also engage in various maintenance activities and support plant projects while managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage GHANT charts for maintenance tasks

• Assign and track work orders from labor resources

• Support the execution of scheduled shutdown maintenance

• Ensure health and safety compliance during work

• Generate maintenance reports and track KPIs

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience

• 2-3 years in maintenance scheduling and planning

• Strong mechanical skills and CMMS knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance principles
