As a Junior Maintenance Technician, you will assist in maintaining a safe and clean property, from managing waste to supporting skilled Maintenance Technicians. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate garbage compactors and perform groundskeeping

• Assist during scheduled building inspections

• Handle basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting

• Demonstrate understanding of maintenance and safety systems

• Complete routine maintenance tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to perform physical labour and follow safety procedures

• Willingness to learn maintenance skills

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Previous facilities or custodial experience is an asset
