Facility Manager

Position: Facility Manager for Campus Living Centres
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Enhance property operations with Campus Living Centres as a Facility Manager. Oversee building maintenance, safety compliance, and ensure exceptional resident experiences across assigned properties.

The Facility Manager plays a critical role in managing the condition and reliability of properties. You will lead maintenance operations using Entrata, ensuring all tasks are logged for safety and compliance. This position requires a proactive approach to asset management, team leadership, and exceptional planning skills to support building performance and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety and functionality of assigned properties

• Conduct inspections and document findings in Entrata

• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities

• Manage vendor performance and compliance documentation

• Ensure budget adherence of maintenance-related expenses

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of facilities or maintenance management experience

• Strong knowledge of building systems and asset management

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in Entrata and Microsoft Office tools

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
