Luxury Property Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be crucial in maintaining internal and external structures of luxury apartments. Daily inspections, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance are essential aspects of this role. You will collaborate with the Manager of Resident Experience and work directly with various contractors and vendors to uphold property standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections of building systems and grounds

• Complete repair requests in Property Management software

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance for appliances

• Oversee snow removal and maintain outdoor areas

• Manage pool maintenance and water quality testing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building maintenance

• Strong mechanical and client service skills

• Knowledge of HVAC and safety systems

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to work independently and manage time
