Aspira Environmental Services Manager

As the Environmental Services Manager, you'll oversee vital operations within housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all environmental services in the retirement home

• Plan and coordinate activities within housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance

• Hire, train, and supervise environmental service team members

• Manage departmental budgets and resource availability

• Ensure building maintenance and cleanliness standards are met

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in environmental services or related field

• 2+ years' supervisory experience in housekeeping or maintenance

• Strong people skills and experience in team management

• Organizational and time management capabilities

• Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
