As a Fixed Assets Maintenance Planner, you will play a vital role in our Maintenance Team, coordinating inspections and repairs of equipment used across recycling operations. Your extensive experience will allow you to engage with site managers and contractors, ensuring safety and reliability while driving improvements in maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess service requests to determine work scope

• Conduct site walks to document equipment needs

• Schedule maintenance tasks accurately based on skills required

• Maintain communication with all operational stakeholders

• Initiate and manage purchase requisitions post-work

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance planning experience

• Industrial Mechanic College Diploma or relevant certification

• Experience in CMMS and technical drawing interpretation

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• High attention to detail and communication proficiency
