Cleaner at Homestead

As a Cleaner at Homestead, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of various areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and more. Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring garbage and recycling rooms are well managed, along with tenant units upon vacancy. Weekend shifts every other week are included in this full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum all designated areas

• Clean and maintain elevators, lounges, and laundry rooms

• Prepare tenant units for vacancy, including kitchens and bathrooms

• Perform winter snow removal duties

• Carry out other assigned cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred

• Ability to lift up to 20 kg safely

• Dependable and detail-oriented work approach

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Commitment to safe work practices
