Job Type: Seasonal, On-Call Winter Position
Compensation:  per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for motivated, hands-on team players to join our Winter Walkway Team.
This on-call position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives outdoors, and wants to be part of a reliable, supportive crew that helps keep properties safe and accessible during winter weather.

What You’ll Do   Follow instructions from the Crew Lead
Complete snow removal and de-icing tasks at assigned sites
Use shovels, blowers, spreaders, and other equipment safely
Participate in safety talks and wear all required PPE
Keep entrances, walkways, stairs, and ramps clear and accessible
Maintain respectful communication with your crew and office team
Report hazards, access problems, equipment issues, and incomplete work
Help maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Work with your crew to meet service timelines and quality standards
What We’re Looking For   CSA-approved steel-toe boots, or willingness to purchase them before starting
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work when called
Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
Ability to follow direction and take initiative
Comfortable working independently when needed
Strong team mindset
Reliable transportation to the dispatch location
Availability for evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and storm-call shifts
