The hourly pay range for this position is C $25 per hour – C $28 per hour.
Work HoursThe work hours for this position are approximately 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Mon-Fri.
Key PurposeThe Lead Cleaner oversees the daily cleaning tasks of cleaning/ janitorial team while keeping assigned areas, such as offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or institutional buildings, in a clean and orderly condition. You will work successfully with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization. You are expected to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written; and explain how to complete a task using basic communication skills.

- 2+ years of commercial janitorial
- Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Must be a team player and committed to working in a fast‑paced, quality environment
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus
