Key Responsibilities:
• Direct special cleaning projects and initiatives
• Train and support new cleaning staff effectively
• Ensure all restrooms and breakrooms are stocked and clean
• Handle inventory management for cleaning supplies
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in assigned areas
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of commercial janitorial experience
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills
