Nestlé is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support manufacturing operations in London. In this role, you'll lead Millwrights and Electricians to maintain safety, quality, and reliability standards. Engage with various teams to drive maintenance improvements while using SAP PM and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance team to meet performance targets
• Coordinate resource allocation for maintenance activities
• Supervise metrics for improvement opportunities
• Investigate and resolve equipment issues
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé safety standards
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in manufacturing
• Experience in a unionized environment
• Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies
• Proficiency in SAP PM and data analytics
