Manager - General Assembler; Grain Trailer Assembly

Job Overview

Manager – Trailer Assembly (Full‑time). Must have a Valid Canadian Work Permit. St. Mary’s, Ontario. Focus on manufacturing, fabrication and repair of Platinum Trailers.

Base pay range: CA $25.00/hr – CA $32.00/hr.

• Report and plan daily schedule with owner.
• Supervise a team of assemblers.
• Manage production goals with other managers.
• Mechanical understanding of trailer assembly.
• Instruct employees on assembling parts and installing components.
• Read drawings and instruct team members.
• Assemble Platinum and Grain trailers.
• Use hand tools; prefer experience.
• Perform tasks independently and with team.
• Validate experience and skills.
• Communicate in Spanish is an asset.

• Full‑time, year‑round, Mon‑Fri schedule.
