A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Southwestern Ontario. This role involves providing leadership and direction to the Maintenance department in a three-shift rotation. The ideal candidate will have a Millwright and/or Electrical and/or Tool & Die trades certification along with 5-10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Strong leadership skills, knowledge of maintenance programs, and a focus on safety are essential for success in this role.
Salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually.
