This role offers a balanced days/afternoons rotation with no continental shifts – perfect for individuals looking for stability while still being challenged technically.

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated production machinery, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Installing new or upgraded mechanical equipment and supporting commissioning activities
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams to diagnose root causes and implement sustainable solutions
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to maintenance optimization
• Ensuring all work adheres to health & safety standards and corporate compliance requirements

• Valid Ontario 433A Red Seal Millwright Certificate of Qualification (Industrial Mechanic)
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities on automated and mechanical systems
• Ability to work on a days/afternoons rotation
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents

$44 – $46 per hour
