We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Operator - Dipping to join our nitrile glove manufacturing team. This role is critical to the efficient operation of the dipping line, ensuring consistent product quality, optimal machine performance, and timely material handling. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in glove manufacturing, particularly with dipping line operations, and a strong understanding of production workflows and safety standards.

• Operate and monitor automated dipping lines for nitrile glove production.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machinery parameters to meet production specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product consistency.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or process issues during production.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.

• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve line efficiency.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase yield.
• Monitor chemical usage and ensure proper mixing and dosing of coagulants, latex, and other materials.

• Safely transport raw materials, finished goods, and waste between production areas and storage using forklifts or other industrial vehicles.
• Load/unload materials and ensure proper inventory tracking.
• Support logistics and warehouse operations as needed.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Participate in safety drills and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 3 years in nitrile glove or similar polymer dipping manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years experience with automated dipping line machinery, PLC controls, and chemical handling.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices and hazardous material handling.
• Understanding of glove quality standards (e.g., AQL, thickness, tensile strength).
• Ability to perform minor maintenance and adjustments on production equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate issues clearly.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot or humid environment.
• Proficient with PLC controls, SCADA interfaces, and MS Office (Excel for data analysis).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Experience driving forklift.
• Ability/willingness to work rotating 12 hour continental shifts.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $27 per hour. Additional premiums may apply, including evening, night, weekend, or other shift premiums where applicable.
