At Martinrea, we are looking for dedicated individuals with some manufacturing experience for our part-time Production Associate role. You will need strong English communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team setting. The position requires flexibility with scheduling, including potential 3-shift rotations and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package products per Standard Work Instructions

• Conduct quality checks and verify product standards

• Load and unload items efficiently

• Notify operators of equipment malfunctions promptly

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Some manufacturing environment experience preferred

• Excellent English communication skills, written and oral

• Ability to stay on feet for an 8-hour shift

• Reliable transportation to the workplace

• Eligible to work in Canada
