JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with core teams to solve daily production needs

Conduct preventative maintenance, overhauls, and inspections to prevent unplanned maintenance

Use equipment in the shop, including lathes, mills, saws, grinders and presses to fabricate parts

Scope work as needed to generate work orders for corrective work

Use SAP to look at scheduled work and document maintenance activities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess Journeyman Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certification (433A Red Seal)

1 year experience as Journeyman Industrial Mechanic Millwright; 3 years experience preferred

Experience repairing all types of conveying systems

Good understanding of packaging equipment preferred

Capable of welding to high standards in a food manufacturing facility

Excellent troubleshooting, Demonstrate problem-solving skills and continuous learning mind set
