Location: Southwestern Ontario

Mitchell Plastics invites you to contribute as a Tool Room Mould Maker, focusing on precision tooling and quality improvements. This permanent full-time position offers growth and innovation.

In your role at Mitchell Plastics, you will ensure that tooling components meet specifications while maintaining and improving tools. By training and mentoring apprentices, you'll enhance team capability and support adherence to quality standards. With an emphasis on process and quality, this job allows you to play a vital part in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture tooling components to specifications

• Fit and repair new and existing tools

• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs

• Train and support apprentices in the Tool Room

• Complete necessary documentation for tooling work

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education

• 4-year Mould Maker apprenticeship or trade certificate

• Working knowledge of machining and precision equipment

• Proficiency in blueprint reading

• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems related to the job
