Canadian Strategic Missions Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to spearhead the development of manufacturing processes for mission-critical hardware. You'll define and build new production systems while closely collaborating with design and quality teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new workflows and manufacturing cells

• Establish production readiness and qualification processes

• Lead first-article builds and production trials

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards

• Develop materials specifications and traceability protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline

• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering in regulated environments

• Experience with machining, welding, and assembly processes

• Strong knowledge of inspection methodologies and engineering drawings

• Proficient in cross-functional teamwork and communication skills
