Manufacturing Production Supervisor Role

Location: Southwestern Ontario

In this supervisory role, your key responsibilities will include organizing and monitoring production processes, scheduling personnel, and ensuring the availability of materials. You will also act as a quality inspector and safety coordinator, fostering a culture of cooperation and efficiency within the manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and assign personnel to complete production plans

• Monitor workflow and resolve processing issues

• Act as quality inspector for production areas

• Conduct safety surveys to identify potential hazards

• Provide training and development opportunities for staff

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in manufacturing

• 3+ years supervisory experience

• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills

• Commitment to quality and safety standards
