Goderich Dock Loader Operator Position

Tomlinson is looking for a Loader Operator at our Goderich Dock, ON, to fill a seasonal position. This role involves loading aggregates and ensuring equipment operates safely from April to November.

In this essential position, you will load aggregates to customer trucks and manage equipment maintenance while adhering to safety regulations. Manual labor and assistance with inbound and outbound vessels may be part of your responsibilities, aiming for a tidy dock area at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to load aggregates

• Maintain a clean and debris-free worksite

• Timely report on equipment defects

• Follow safety policies at all times

• Assist with material handling for vessels

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license is essential

• Ability to work four 10-hour shifts, 5am to 3pm

• Basic computer literacy is a bonus

• Availability for weekend and after hours work

• Physical capability for manual tasks
