In this capacity, your focus will be on effectively planning and executing essential start-up activities. You will work closely with your team to develop operational strategies, ensuring current assessments are in place. A background in Continuous Improvement will allow you to effectively manage and coach team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project planning and implementation timelines

• Create a successful communication strategy through teamwork

• Identify and manage potential project issues proactively

• Develop comprehensive training for standard processes

• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Completion of an Engineering diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of management experience in the industry

• Familiarity with CI principles and Lean tools like Kanban

• Excellent communication capabilities

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing
