Plant Sanitation Technician B Shift

Become a Plant Sanitation Technician at McCormick Canada, working the Afternoon B Shift to ensure a clean manufacturing facility.

Your role will be integral to maintaining high sanitation standards.

This position located at 600 Clarke Road, London, requires your skills in cleaning and sanitizing the plant per health and safety guidelines. With 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, you will manage both wet and dry cleaning tasks and ensure all sanitation records are meticulously kept.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain building cleanliness while adhering to GMP standards

• Operate cleaning machines and remove trash responsibly

• Follow detailed sanitation schedules and document compliance

• Perform a range of cleaning tasks within the plant environment

• Work at heights and complete required paperwork

Requirements:

• OSSD diploma or equivalent required; plant sanitation experience an asset

• Ability to lift heavy loads and work independently

• Forklift certification and valid driver's license required

• Capacity to adapt to changing workloads and priorities

• Previous experience in food manufacturing is beneficial
