Position: GMAW Welder for Custom Fabrication
Shape metal with expertise in gas metal arc welding at our manufacturing facility. Seeking a skilled GMAW Welder with strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

We require a talented Welder with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience. You’ll interpret specifications, operate advanced welding equipment, and ensure welds meet industry standards.

Your role will be central to custom fabrication projects while emphasizing safety in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret welding process specifications with precision

• Operate manual and automated welding equipment

• Read and analyze welding blueprints and specifications

• Examine welds to ensure compliance with standards

• Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of welding experience required

• Proficient in gas metal arc welding (GMAW) techniques

• Experience with stainless steel and non-ferrous materials

• Physically able to meet job demands

• Own steel-toed safety boots for safety compliance
