Overview

Join to apply for the CMMS/Spare Parts Coordinator role at Caméléon RH. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMMS and Spare Parts Coordinator for a full-time position within a dynamic manufacturing facility located in London, Ontario.

Join a high-paced production environment where maintenance and operational efficiency are key. The successful candidate will collaborate with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure seamless coordination of spare parts and CMMS-related tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix, eMaint, IdHammer, etc.)
  • Create, assign, and close work orders while ensuring data accuracy
  • Generate maintenance reports and KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance)
  • Train staff on CMMS usage and best practices
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables
  • Organize and optimize the spare parts storeroom
  • Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
  • Source and purchase spare parts from approved vendors
  • Maintain records of all transactions, inventory adjustments, and procurement
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery and planning
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process environment
  • Proficiency with CMMS software
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment
  • Experience in inventory control, procurement, and spare parts management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data entry volumes
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting (noise, dust, temperature variations)
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment like forklifts or scissor lifts
Assets
  • Certifications:

    Lean Manufacturing, RCA, TPS, RCM
  • Health & Safety certifications: WHMIS, Lockout/Tagout, First Aid
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
