Manufacturing Press Brake Operator in MN

This role requires a thorough understanding of press brake operations and the ability to communicate effectively with the team. You will review production requirements daily, ensure the correct materials are available, and keep your work area organized for safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate machines for quality assurance
• Monitor daily job orders for adherence to standards
• Secure necessary materials and tools for production
• Ensure equipment is operated safely at all times
• Report any safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Requirements:
• At least two years of relevant manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Basic understanding of blueprints and schematics
• Proficient in basic arithmetic calculations
• Capable of working in a collaborative environment
