Evening Manufacturing Supervisor

Lead the evening shift at our manufacturing facility as an Evening Manufacturing Supervisor. Oversee team dynamics and production compliance while ensuring effective communication across departments.

We are looking for an experienced Evening Team Leader to supervise production activities during the evening shift. This role entails managing workshop employees, organizing tasks based on production priorities, and ensuring quality standards are met. Effective collaboration with management is essential, alongside direct communication with logistics, estimation, and administration teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in team supervision in manufacturing

• Strong leadership and motivational skills

• Excellent organizational and priority management abilities

• Good interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills

• Knowledge of industrial painting processes is a plus
