Lead the manufacturing team at Catalent’s new facility on Adair Blvd as a Production Supervisor. Drive productivity and ensure compliance in this 100% onsite role that is essential to pharmaceutical excellence.
This position requires a dedicated and experienced leader, reporting directly to the Site Director. With a minimum of 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, you will oversee production efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Your role will include troubleshooting, workforce management, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet daily production objectives and manage operational efficiency
• Lead a team, focusing on engagement and high performance
• Ensure compliance with GMP and adhere to safety standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct investigations
• Maintain and enhance health and environmental safety measures
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must comply with health and safety standards
• Capability to work extended hours if necessary
