The Role: CNC Process Technicia
n

Support the Engineering with time and motion studies, SMED workshops, and 5S initiatives.

Maintenance Work Orders and corrective action as well as assigning work loads

Troubleshoot production and ensure design criteria is met at each stage.

Monitor, control, and continuously improve production processes.

CNC and additional tool changes and program adjustments.

Review measurement data and perform equipment adjustments to ensure product compliance to customer specifications.

Support inter-company development projects and third-party contractors.

Travel to facilities outside of Canada for extended periods, as required.

What You’ll Bring

2–5 years of experience in a CNC/automation-based manufacturing environment.

Experience using continuous improvement tools and principles.

Knowledge of FMEA and project management tools and techniques.

Functional knowledge of GD&T and drawing interpretation.

Technical writing skills, including the creation of technical reports and RFQs for machine builds.

Awareness of and adherence to ISO, IATF, and customer-specific requirements.
