Apply advanced MIG welding and fitting skills at All-Equip in St. Marys, Ontario, working fully on-site during Monday-to-Friday day shifts.
This full-time Welder/Fitter role requires at least five years of North American experience. You will support production welding, custom fabrication, and prototype builds across aluminum and steel projects. The work includes reading drawings, selecting MIG or TIG processes, using jigs and fixtures, and solving fit-up challenges with engineering and fabrication teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Read drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches
- Fit, assemble, and weld aluminum and steel components
- Build repeat-run trailer components consistently
- Support custom fabrication and prototype assemblies
- Inspect welds against quality standards and specifications
- Five-plus years of North American welding and fitting experience
- Aluminum and steel welding proficiency
- MIG welding required; TIG is an asset
- Welding apprenticeship or equivalent trade certification
- Ability to read drawings and check tolerances
