Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and respond to donor inquiries promptly

• Process donations accurately and maintain donor profiles

• Ensure data integrity and produce user-friendly reports

• Engage donors through outreach calls and updates

• Coordinate special occasion communications with donors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience with donor databases

• Proven skills in data accuracy and CRM platforms

• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills

• Spiritually mature Christian committed to TWR’s mission

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
