United States Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit
Position SummaryProvides care to patients who have been transitioned from the ICU but still require close monitoring and specialized care. These nurses manage patients with complex conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and post‑surgical cases.

We have a relocation team that will help you and your family find suitable housing close to work, in a good school zone and safe area. We pay for the first two months of rent as you settle in and reimburse other relocation costs.
Requirements- Canadian citizenship (required for the TN Visa)
- 100% flexibility with assignment location
- NCLEX certification
- English speaking
- Ability to pass background check
- Current acute care experience or less than a 2‑year gap
- Other specialties may be considered upon application
