Join Care Partners as a Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC). Provide essential wound consultation and patient care within a dynamic clinic and community setting.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a registered nurse to focus on wound and ostomy care. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, leveraging your skills to promote patient self-management and ensure the best outcomes. Utilizing extensive knowledge, you will assess, intervene, and develop personalized care plans with clients and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patients with wounds, ostomies, and incontinence

• Critically appraise and implement wound care literature

• Monitor and support complex wound therapy criteria

• Conduct holistic assessments addressing patient needs

• Collaborate with teams to set measurable patient goals
Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse with CNO in good standing

• Graduate of Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada

• NSWOC certification or IIWCC certification

• Valid driver's license and vehicle access

• Excellent English communication skills
