As a vital member of our RN team, you will collaborate with other care providers to create and assess comprehensive resident care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in developing and reviewing resident care plans
• Supervise and evaluate nursing and personal care staff
• Provide complex care alongside educational support for residents
• Assist in training new team members for optimal performance
Requirements:
• Active registration with the provincial College of Nurses
• Strong compassion and professionalism in care delivery
• Proficient communication skills in English
