Location: Southwestern Ontario
Join Amazing Care Home Health as a Pediatric Nurse and provide individualized care for children in a home setting. Flexible 4- to 12-hour shifts available for your convenience.
In this pivotal role, you will care for a 7-year-old patient, administering medications and therapies, while closely monitoring their condition. Amazing Care values your growth as a nurse, offering on-the-job training tailored to each patient's needs. You will document care accurately and collaborate with a supportive healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver private duty nursing care in patient homes
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Document changes in patient’s health condition
• Assist patients with daily living tasks
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for care improvement
Requirements:
• Active LVN or RN License required
• Current BLS Certification required
• Valid Driver's License and Insurance required
• Strong organizational and assessment skills
• Attention to detail for medical record accuracy
