In your role, you will provide clinical expertise and lead multidisciplinary resident care according to the College of Nurses of Ontario standards. This part-time position requires evening and weekend shifts, with a total of 31 biweekly hours. Your contributions will include developing care plans, assessing health statuses, and communicating effectively with both staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and delegate care for assigned residents

• Develop and update individual care plans

• Administer medications and track health progress

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams effectively

• Assist with the orientation of new staff and volunteers

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Proven leadership and nursing skills

• Experience in gerontological nursing preferred

• Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
