Part-Time Registered Nurse - Women's Health

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Enhance your nursing career as a Part-Time Registered Nurse in Women's and Children's Health in Chatham-Kent, Ontario. This temporary role focuses on perinatal care and pediatric nursing.

This position is open to ONA Bargaining Unit employees, offering a part-time temporary role until February 2027. The successful candidate will draw on their 3-5 years of recent experience in perinatal and pediatric care, including skills in labor, delivery, and neonatal resuscitation. Your expertise will ensure high-quality care for mothers and children within this vital department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide perinatal and pediatric nursing care

• Respond to labor and delivery situations efficiently

• Monitor and support patients in postpartum recovery

• Deliver care in the Level II Nursery and OB triage

• Implement neonatal resuscitation protocols as needed

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse Certificate with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 3-5 years of recent perinatal nursing experience

• BScN degree preferred

• Certification in IV and fetal health surveillance

• Member of RNAO preferred
