Enhance resident care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Southbridge Care Homes during night shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Your role will involve administering medications, treatment assessments, and collaborating in care plans.
Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a part‑time Registered Practical Nurse to provide exceptional health services to residents. You will work under the Director of Care, ensuring nursing standards are upheld while actively participating in multidisciplinary meetings. This role requires solid skills in communication and collaboration as you monitor resident health and implement care plans.

Key Responsibilities   Administer medications and assess vital signs accurately
Develop and implement resident care plans collaboratively
Organize and direct nursing functions and restorative care
Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance
Ensure adherence to nursing standards and policies
Requirements   Certificate of competence from College of Nurses of Ontario
Registration with the Registered Practical Nurses Association
Current First Aid and BLS certification
Knowledge in Infection Control Practices
Negative vulnerable sector check required
