Join Age Care as a Clinical Quality Coordinator and champion resident-centered care. Provide clinical education and support to enhance nursing services for residents.
Age Care is looking for a Clinical Quality Coordinator to focus on education and quality assurance in long-term care. With 3 to 5 years in assisted living or nursing, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring nursing staff meet residents’ care needs. Collaborate with families and staff to promote a supportive environment centered around health and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical quality support and education to nursing staff
• Oversee training in palliative care and resident safety protocols
• Monitor nursing practices for policy compliance and quality
• Respond to resident concerns and feedback efficiently
• Promote programs that enhance quality of life for residents
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years experience in long-term care preferred
• Clinical education background is a must
• Registered nursing credentials in Ontario
• Proven experience with senior care
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
